United Arab Emirates Visa Requirements

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Effective January 02, 2011, Canadian Passport holders are required to obtain a visa prior to entering the United Arab Emirates.

Unlike other visa providers, Visaenterprise does not require you to have a hotel/airline reservation when applying for a UAE visa.

Information you should know before applying your visa:

1.Visa Approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Officials and they may require additional documentation which may also lengthen the processing time. Once your Visa Application is submitted to the Immigration Department, the Government Visa Application Fee is non-refundable whether it is approved or rejected or in the event that your visa is approved but you are unable to travel to UAE.

2. We recommend applying for your Visa at least 10 days prior to your arrival or 1 month if applying for a multiple entry visa.

3. If you have visited the UAE before, please e-mail us a scanned copy of the pages in your passport showing all exit stamps. Also, If you plan to enter the UAE more than once on this trip, make sure to send us a copy of your EXIT STAMP on your passport after you leave the UAE and allow for at least 6 business days to process your second visa.

4. Should your Visa Application be rejected, we will provide you with the proof of rejection from the Immigration Department for your reference and record. If your application was for a multiple entry, Visaenterprise will refund you 6%. For all other types, you will be refunded 20%.

5. As soon as the Visa is approved by the Immigration Department, Visaenterprise will send you a scanned copy via email.

Requirements
This visa applies to tourists who wish to spend up to 14 days in the UAE, whether it is to visit relatives or for business, tourist purposes.

This is a single entry visa. You must travel to UAE within 14 days from the issuing date of the visa, once you enter UAE you are allowed to stay up to 14 days only.

Passport must be valid for at least 6 months at departure.

The urgent visa will be provided within 24 hours from the time of request only if the applicant has no valid visa or valid visa application from another company so before you send us the request please ensure that the applicant has no valid visa or hasn't applied for a visa through another agency, otherwise the process will take longer, UAE immigration may require additional documentation and additional fees may apply.

  Tourist / Visit Visa (up to 30 days)
Requirements
The Visit Visa applies to tourists who wish to spend up to 30 days in UAE, those coming for family visits as well as those on long-term business visits.

This is a single entry visa. You must travel to UAE within 60 days from the issuing date of the visa, once you enter UAE you are allowed to stay up to 30 days only.
