Please note: the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia has announced that starting September 1, 2011, the processing time for visas of Canadian passport holders will be between 30 to 45 days. We strongly advise that you submit your application more than 45 days prior to your departure date. More details to follow when made available by the embassy. 2. In order to strengthen your eligibility of obtaining your visa, please ask your sponsor to obtain an authorization through the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
3. Visa authorization from the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
4. Visa from the embassy is valid for 3 months from date of issue.
5. The embassy will not issue you a visa if your passport already has a valid visa.

This type of visa is permitted only to an applicant who works for a company registered in Canada, which is involved in a business relationship with a company in Saudi Arabia and wants to represent the Canadian company. The letter must be signed and stamped by a Chamber of Commerce or Board of Trade. (please see sample section)
b) A copy of the Canadian company’s Article of Incorporation (Registration).

- You MUST confirm with your doctor that you have all required test results INCLUDING (HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B and C).

- The purpose of the attestation of the College of Physicians and Surgeons is to confirm that the physician is licensed in that province or in that territory. The College of physicians and Surgeons does not attest the test results.
- Ensure that your Medical report you require to be authenticated by the College of Physicians and Surgeons is signed by the physician and that his/her registration number appears on the report. The name of the physician must be printed and clearly legible.

#9. STUDENT VISA |
Exigences
The sponsor in Saudi Arabia must apply for a visa authorization through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Once the request is granted, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will send the authorization directly to the Consular Section. The sponsor must provide the applicant with the authorization date, the number and copy of the visa slip.
